He was born on February 17, 1981, in Bellflower, California, to his loving parents Angelina Morales and Heliodoro Garcia Enrique was a talented musician, singer, and songwriter, pouring his passion for music into every melody he created. He was a cherished friend to many whom adored him and will miss him very much. His warmth and generosity touched the lives of many.
