Terry Heenan February 4, 1953 - October 9, 2024 Terry Heenan, age 71, passed away Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at his home surrounded by his wife and children. He was born February 4, 1953, in Blue Island, to Frank and Marge Heenan. He was one of five children, Peggy, Jerry, Jimmy, and Barbara. He married Robin (Ulatowski) August 28, 1976 and had four children, Sarah (Chris Zackavec), Tom, Scott, and Meghan; and three beautiful grandchildren Charlie, Winnie, and Lucy. He was an airline pilot for forty years and loved every second of it. He loved sailboats and the stars, but above all making his children laugh. His curiosity, humor, and generous spirit are what attracted everyone to him. If there was one last thing he could say to everyone it would be from one of his favorite movies Joe Versus the Volcano, “You have some life left. My advice to you is: live it well.” A mass will be held in his honor at St. Mary’s Mokena Catholic Church, 19515 115th Ave, Mokena, IL 60448, Monday, October 14th at 10:00am.
